By car:
Approaching from the A1(M), follow the A1(M) to junction 45, taking the exit onto the A64 towards York. Continue for roughly 10 miles, then exit towards the A1036, bearing left to join the road into York centre. After approximately 2.5 miles turn left onto Queen Street, remaining on the A1036, and the Royal York Hotel will shortly be visible ahead.
